Ira Israel founded Optimum Integral Wellness in 2006 to help clients optimize personal wellness by integrating myriad Western and Eastern therapies. The philosophy behind Optimum Integral Wellness is to help individuals attain peace of mind through fresh and eclectic mind/body/spirit perspectives. Personal well-being and happiness are achievable only through consistent integration of healthy and positive thoughts, emotions, and actions, and by having readily available tools to combat and reframe the unhealthy and negative thoughts, emotions, and actions that are common to most people in our culture.
To truly achieve optimum wellness and permanently curb negative thinking and self-destructive patterns, individuals must also discover or create personal philosophies and spiritualities - or more specifically, positive personal understandings of their purposes on earth. Optimum Integral Wellness gently guides individuals to heal old wounds, overcome afflictions, and construct new paradigms, new ways of envisioning themselves that maximize success, love, and happiness.
Many Eastern practices and philosophies including those of Hatha yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Mindfulness and Insight meditation, Reiki Healing, as well as Thai massage and acupuncture have been found to help alleviate the stresses and pressures of modern Western life and contribute to overall wellness and happiness. In addition to traditional talk therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Optimum Integral Wellness promotes diverse healing modalities and exercises to help individuals optimize mental and emotional clarity and facilitate personal, professional, and creative greatness.
Designed for all people who are on the path to personal growth and committed to living healthier and happier lives, during these trying economic times our specific existential tools have proven to be particularly advantageous for artists, musicians, writers, actors, teachers, freelancers and people who deal with chronic financial instability which can often result in stress, anxiety and depression.
